Structured shelters housing equipments (Frame-type)

1. Flexible design modifications are available to accommodate various installation conditions.

○ The structural strength of the shelter can be easily customized through adjustments to the frame size.
○ The frame-based design enables sectional construction of the shelter, eliminating size limitations in theory.
○ By shipping large shelters as divided semi-finished units from the factory and assembling them on-site, installation time can be greatly shortened.

2. Excellent Thermal Insulation Performance

○ The roof and wall materials are filled with self-extinguishing polyisocyanurate foam.
○ The panels used have a thickness of 22–35 mm and a thermal transmittance (U-value) of 0.76–0.50 W/m²·K, delivering approximately twice the insulation performance of glass wool panels of the same thickness.

3. Excellent Durability

○ Both the roof and wall materials are constructed from Galvalume steel sheets treated with a baked-on coating.

4. A sturdy floor structure with excellent insulation

○ The underfloor construction incorporates steel structural joists together with floor plates having a thickness of 2.3 mm.
○ To ensure effective underfloor insulation, insulation sheets are installed beneath the floor.

This is a standard type of steel-frame shelter.
